释义	法律分析：公司股权转让后的债务如果不是个人债务，则应该由公司承担，而新的股东自然也无需承担。公司的债务与股东个人无关，应由公司以公司财产承担，所有的股东仅以出资额为限承担有限责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百四十七条债务人不履行到期债务，债权人可以留置已经合法占有的债务人的动产，并有权就该动产优先受偿。前款规定的债权人为留置权人，占有的动产为留置财产。
