释义	法律分析：民主生活会由党委（党组）开，每年年底一次。法律依据：《县以上党和国家机关党员领导干部民主生活会若干规定》第七条民主生活会每年召开1次，一般安排在第四季度。因特殊情况需要提前或者延期召开的，应当报上级党组织同意。民主生活会到会人数必须达到应到会人数的三分之二以上。第八条领导班子遇到重要或者普遍性问题，出现重大决策失误或者对突发事件处置失当，经纪律检查、巡视和审计发现重要问题，以及发生违纪违法案件等情况的，应当专门召开民主生活会，及时剖析整改。
