股权转让给子女算赠与吗要看子女是否支付了相应股权的价款。如果无偿取得的，算赠与。股权赠与是特殊形式的股权转让。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十七条 赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。第六百五十九条规定，赠与的财产依法需要办理登记或者其他手续的，应当办理有关手续。第六百六十二条规定，赠与的财产有瑕疵的，赠与人不承担责任。
