释义	法律分析：年终奖是可以写进劳动合同里的,无论是年底双薪还是年终奖,都是由单位效益决定的,劳动法并无任何一款条文规定必须支付。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十六条工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则，实行同工同酬。即只要劳动合同中约定了年终奖或是用人单位已制定发放年终奖的具体办法，且新进入、未满一年的劳动者确已付出相应劳动，用人单位就必须按约定或比例向其发放年终奖。
