释义	法律分析：会重新计算的；根据《民法典》（2021.1.1生效）第195条的规定，中断诉讼时效的事由包括提起诉讼(起诉)、当事人一方提出要求(请求)或者同意履行义务(承诺)。这些事由区别于中止诉讼时效的事由，都是依当事人主观意志而实施的行为。诉讼时效的目的是促使权利人行使请求权，消除权利义务关系的不稳定状态，从而诉讼时效进行的条件是权利人不行使权利，如果当事人通过实施这些行为，使权利义务关系重新明确，则诉讼时效已无继续计算的意义，当然应予以中断。
