释义	法律分析：承揽人在承揽活动中发生人身损害事故的，由承揽人自己承担责任。如果是第三人造成的，由第三人承担责任。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理人身损害赔偿案件适用法律若干问题的解释》第十条承揽人在完成工作过程中对第三人造成损害或者造成自身损害的，定作人不承担赔偿责任。但定作人对定作、指示或者选任有过失的，应当承担相应的赔偿责任。
