释义	法律分析：会被拘留。公安机关查处治安案件，对没有本人陈述，但其他证据能够证明案件事实的，可以作出治安管理处罚决定。只有本人陈述，没有其他证据证明的，不能作出治安管理处罚决定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，可以并处5000元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。
