释义	法律主观：如果是全价票或头等舱的话您是可以随意改签。只需要去机场找相关人员办理即可。一般情况下同等舱位更改航空公司不收取手续费；升舱一般情况下航空公司都会要求补足差价。签转是指不同航空公司之间签转。签转只适用于全价票的客人，折扣票不可以签转。引签转的两个航空公司之间必须有协议，同意两个航空公司的客人进行签转，反之也是。
