往返机票能不能改签 |

可以的。机票改签各航空公司规定有所不同，但大致上差不太多的。原则上3折以下机票不改签、不退票。4折--9折按规定收取相应手续费。全价票或头等舱可以随意改签，改签的班次有余票就可以。如果不能确定改为哪一天，可以一直保留机票。

第三十四条旅客不能按票面指定的日期车次乘车时，在列车有能力的前提下可以办理一次提前或改晚乘车签证手续。办理改晚乘车签证手续最晚不超过开车后2小时，团体旅客必须在开车48小时以前办理。原票已托运行李的，在改签后的新票背面注明“原票已托运行李”字样并加盖站名戳。
动车组列车车票办理改晚乘车手续时，推迟乘车的时间应当在车站售票的预售期内。
第三十五条旅客在发站办理改签时，改签后的车次票价高于原票价时，核收票价差额；改签后的车次票价低于原票价时，退还票价差额。
旅客中途下车恢复旅行（含中转）办理签证或在列车上办理变更席位、铺位时，签证或变更后的车次、席（铺）位票价高于原票价时，核收票价差额；签证或变更的车次、席（铺）位票价低于原票价时，票价差额部分不予退还。
