释义	法律分析：破产重组属于破产程序。破产，是指债务人因不能偿债或者资不抵债时，由债权人或债务人诉请法院宣告破产并依破产程序偿还债务的一种法律制度。破产重组，是指当企业资不抵债时，管理层可以向法院申请破产重组。法律允许由同一个企业的管理层向债权人提出一个重组方案，延期归还债务，停止发放股息。公司破产，也可能是破产重组，如果重组成功，有可能公司重生，如果重组不成功，就可能要进行破产清算。法律依据：《公司法》第一百九十条规定，公司被依法宣告破产的，依照有关企业破产的法律实施破产清算。
