释义	算前科。所谓缓刑，实际上是刑罚的一种执行方式，对于宣告缓刑的犯罪分子，在缓刑考验期内，依法实行社区矫正，如果通过考验期，原刑罚不再执行。即使不再执行原刑罚，但是被执行缓刑的犯罪分子仍然是有犯罪记录的，也即所谓的前科。另外，如果缓刑期间违法规定，还会恢复执行原刑罚。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑法》第七十六条对宣告缓刑的犯罪分子，在缓刑考验期限内，依法实行社区矫正，如果没有本法第七十七条规定的情形，缓刑考验期满，原判的刑罚就不再执行，并公开予以宣告。
