释义	抑郁症也属于精神病的一种，存在下列情况下，精神病不能结婚：一、正处于发病期间的精神病症、躁狂抑郁症或其他重性精神病患者，应禁止结婚。二、发病期虽然已过，但精神症状尚未彻底缓解或正在治疗中的病人，也不能结婚。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《民法典》第一千零四十九条，要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。（《民法典》生效时间为2021年1月1日）
