释义	法律分析： 12周岁不能独自坐动车高铁，乘火车学生和承运人同意在旅途中监护的除外，需要大人陪同一起坐。已满十四周岁，但没有满十六周岁，可以凭户口本、学生证等其它有效证件独自乘坐动车。法律依据：《中华人民共和国铁路旅客运输规程》第十九条承运人一般不接受儿童单独旅行（乘火车通学的学生和承运人同意在旅途中监护的除外）。随同成年人旅行身高1.2-1.5米的儿童，享受半价客票、加快票和空调票。超过1.5米时应买全价票。免费乘车及持儿童票乘车的儿童单独使用卧铺时，应当补收票价差额。
