释义	法律分析：到土地所在地的国土资源局（土地管理部门）办理变更手续，按照土地管理部门的要求，提交相关资料就可以办理土地变更了。依法改变土地所有权、使用权的，因依法转让地上建筑物、构筑物等附着物导致土地使用权转移的，必须向土地所在地的县级以上人民政府土地行政主管部门提出土地变更登记申请。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百七十五条公司分立，其财产作相应的分割。公司分立，应当编制资产负债表及财产清单。公司应当自作出分立决议之日起十日内通知债权人，并于三十日内在报纸上公告。
