释义	离婚诉讼可以撤销，因为根据《民事诉讼法》，诉讼离婚的可以申请撤诉，但是撤诉必须是在人民法院宣判前提出申请，如果人民法院已经判决了，就算判决书还没有生效的，也不能申请撤诉了，判决之后，申请撤诉的，人民法院不予支持。所以，离婚开庭当场可以撤诉。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十五条宣判前，原告申请撤诉的，是否准许，由人民法院裁定。人民法院裁定不准许撤诉的，原告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，可以缺席判决。
