一般在网上订的退房之后全额退款，你要是已经实际交过钱，拿到房卡了，从合同法律的角度来讲，酒店为你提供的服务合同已经成立。你要是想退房就是单方面的解除合同，视酒店的相关规章而定，即使酒店没有给你全额退款，也是有合理性的。
