如果是黑卡的话就是犯法的。如果购买了赃物，无论有意无意，客观意义上都是替作案分子销了赃，因此，可能受到法律的追究。即使赚了钱，也是非法所得，会被没收。而赃物会还给原来合法的所有人。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百一十二条 明知是犯罪所得的赃物而予以窝藏、转移、收购或者代为销售的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处或者单处罚金。
