释义	法律分析：如果教师患病，治疗完之后，不能从事原来工作的，学校应当与之解除劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第二十六条第一款的规定，劳动者患病或者非因工负伤，医疗期满后，不能从事原工作也不能从事用人单位另行安排的工作的，用人单位可以与之解除劳动合同。但用人单位应当提前30天以书面形式通知劳动者本人，并按照国家的有关规定给予经济补偿。
