释义	债权转让后是可以转回撤销的。债权转让通知的撤销必须取得债权受让人的同意，且仅向将来发生效力，在债权转让通知送达债务人后，债权转让通知撤销之前，债务人所进行的清偿、抵消以及其他免责行为，均应保有其效力。法律依据《民法典》第五百四十六条，债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
