释义	法律分析: 驾驶证违章除了扣分还要罚款的，处罚与记分同时执行(处罚：警告、罚款、暂扣或者吊销机动车驾驶证、拘留)，罚款缴纳了就能清除扣分，不缴纳罚款不会清除扣分。法律依据: 《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十六条对机动车驾驶人的道路交通安全违法行为，处罚与记分同时执行。机动车驾驶人一次有两个以上违法行为记分的，应当分别计算，累加分值。第六十八条机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内累积记分达到12分的，公安机关交通管理部门应当扣留其机动车驾驶证。
