释义	法律分析：如果一方有房屋赠与的意愿，而另一方无意接受该赠与的意愿，赠与合同是不能成立的。赠与是赠与人将自己的房屋无偿给予受赠人、受赠人表示接受的一种行为。赠予只是一方的给予，不需要另一方的接受与否。赠予是赠送房屋给人，也指赠给的房屋等。当房屋等标的物的所有权出现了单方向的转移时，这种行为就是赠予。法律依据：《民法典》第六百五十七条赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。
