释义	法律分析：用人单位为劳动者进行岗前培训等一般培训，是用人单位应尽的法定义务，同时也是劳动者享有的法定权利。用人单位不得以此名义向劳动者收取费用，培训的费用应该由用人单位承担法律依据：《中华人民共和国职业教育法》第二十条企业应当根据本单位的实际，有计划地对本单位的职工和准备录用的人员实施职业教育。第二十八条企业应当承担对本单位的职工和准备录用的人员进行职业教育的费用，具体办法由国务院有关部门会同国务院财政部门或者由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府依法规定。
