释义	法律分析: 竣工日期是指合同约定的建设项目完工之日。竣工验收合格的，以验收合格之日为竣工日期；发包人拖延验收的，以承包人提交验收报告之日为竣工日期；未经竣工验收发包人擅自使用的，以工程投入使用之日为竣工日期。《中华人民共和国建筑法》第六十一条交付竣工验收的建筑工程，必须符合规定的建筑工程质量标准，有完整的工程技术经济资料和经签署的工程保修书，并具备国家规定的其他竣工条件。建筑工程竣工经验收合格后，方可交付使用；未经验收或者验收不合格的，不得交付使用。
