释义	法律分析: 自己租的房子可以转租，但是合法的转租需要满足以下两个条件：1、转租须经房屋所有权人的同意。转租已不属于正常使用的范畴，必经房屋所有权人同意，否则无效。2、转租的租金不得高于原租金，确实需合理提高，提高的收入应交给房屋所有权人。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百一十五条承租人经出租人同意，可以对租赁物进行改善或者增设他物。承租人未经出租人同意，对租赁物进行改善或者增设他物的，出租人可以请求承租人恢复原状或者赔偿损失。
