释义	法律分析：农村土地确权证确定的土地使用权年限以确权登记证载定年限为准，按现行的法律与政策规定，农村土地承包经营权的期限一般是三十年，从签订承包合同之日起开始计算。现在的土地确权，只是对原土地承包经营权的法律确认及颁发经营权证，对于土地承包经营权的期限仍按原承包合同约定的期限执行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百三十二条耕地的承包期为三十年。草地的承包期为三十年至五十年。林地的承包期为三十年至七十年。前款规定的承包期限届满，由土地承包经营权人依照农村土地承包的法律规定继续承包。
