什么是劳务协议
释义
法律分析：是指两个或两个以上的平等的主体，就某一项劳务或劳务成果的问题，然后通过协商一致签订劳务合同，从而各主体之间成立一种民事权利和义务。劳务合同不是劳动合同，劳务合同主体之间没有隶属关系，而且劳务报酬没有最低的工资要求，主体协商同意即可。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》
第五条 民事主体从事民事活动，应当遵循自愿原则，按照自己的意思设立、变更、终止民事法律关系。
第六条 民事主体从事民事活动，应当遵循公平原则，合理确定各方的权利和义务。
