释义	也就是工作日8小时之后的延时加班，用人单位需要支付劳动者1.5倍的加班费。工作日加班费的计算方式：月工资÷21.75÷8×加班小时数×1.5倍；双休日加班费的计算方式：月工资÷21.75÷8×加班小时数×2倍；法定节假日加班费的计算方式：月工资÷21.75÷8×加班小时数×3倍。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十一条用人单位应当严格执行劳动定额标准，不得强迫或者变相强迫劳动者加班。用人单位安排加班的，应当按照国家有关规定向劳动者支付加班费。
