释义	法律分析: 小时工资是按照当地工资标准总额除以天数然后除以8小时来计算，小时工资标准适用于非全日制就业劳动者，非全日制用工小时计酬标准不得低于用人单位所在地人民政府规定的最低小时工资标准。非全日制用工劳动报酬结算支付周期最长不得超过十五日。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十条用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。用人单位拖欠或者未足额支付劳动报酬的，劳动者可以依法向当地人民法院申请支付令，人民法院应当依法发出支付令。
