释义	法律分析：不需要。目前我国的户口和档案是两个不同的管理部门，户口属于公安部门管理，档案是人事部门管理。所以迁移户口只要有户口迁移证就可以的，而迁移档案需要调档函。公民迁移，除在本户口管辖区内移居，只作住址变动登记，不作迁出、迁入登记外，凡是迁出本户口管辖区的，均可办理迁出、迁入登记。法律依据：《流动人员人事档案管理暂行规定》第五条跨地区流动人员人事档案，可由其户籍所在地的人才流动服务机构管理，也可其现工作单位所在地的人才流动服务机构管理。
