释义	法律分析：运输木材，应当持有林业行政主管部门核发的木材运输证件，车辆要有行驶证、道路运输证，驾驶员要有驾驶证和道路运输从业资格证。木材运输证由省人民政府林业行政主管部门按照国家有关规定统一印制，木材运输证在核发的有效期限内只能使用一次。法律依据：《中华人民共和国森林法实施条例》第四十四条无木材运输证运输木材的，由县级以上人民政府林业主管部门没收非法运输的木材，对货主可以并处非法运输木材价款30％以下的罚款。
