香港没回归前香港人的国籍是哪里 -法律知识

法律分析:
在那个时代的香港人法律身份是英国海外香港人。手持的护照是BNO，而且在法律上有遮阳的规定，香港人并没有在英国的永久居住的权利，只是有在英国暂时居住的权利罢了，不过持有BNO的人可以申请永久居住权和工作假日等等。
