释义	法律分析：两审终审制，是指一个案件经过两级人民法院审理即告终结的法律制度。其内容是：如果当事人对地方各级人民法院审理的第一审案件所作出的判决和裁定不服，可以依法向上一级人民法院提起上诉，要求上一级人民法院对案件进行第二次审判;经第二审人民法院对案件进行审理，所作出的判决和裁定是终审判决和裁定，当事人不服不得再提起上诉，人民法院也不得按照上诉审程序审理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第十条人民法院审理民事案件，依照法律规定实行合议、回避、公开审判和两审终审制度。
