释义	法律分析：会知道。当事人双方进行婚姻登记时，有离婚的一方需要带上以前的离婚证和户口本，复印件。因此双方会知道对方是否是二婚。但是在结婚证上是不会写明再婚的，和初婚领取的结婚证是一样的，户口本上也只会标明已婚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
