释义	法律分析：我国法律不要求男女双方在婚前订立婚约，因而一般婚约不受法律约束。但人民军队担负保卫祖国、防御侵略的光荣任务，为使现役军人不致为婚姻问题而影响担负保卫祖国的光荣职责，对现役军人的婚约在处理上应特别慎重。因此，如要解除于现役军人的婚约，必须通过现役军人所在单位并征得本人同意才行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十一条现役军人的配偶要求离婚，应当征得军人同意，但是军人一方有重大过错的除外。
