释义	法律分析: 门(急)诊电子病历由医疗机构保管的，保存时间自患者最后一次就诊之日起不少于15年；住院电子病历保存时间自患者最后一次出院之日起不少于30年。法律依据: 《医疗机构管理条例实施细则》第五十三条医疗机构的门诊病历的保存期不得少于十五年；住院病历的保存期不得少于三十年。标有医疗机构标识的票据和病历本册以及处方笺、各种检查的申请单、报告单、证明文书单、药品分装袋、制剂标签等不得买卖、出借和转让。
