释义	法律分析：松鼠种类很多，有些松鼠是国家保护动物，抓了就是属于违法。有些是地区性保护野生动物，抓了会被罚款。但也有一些松鼠是不受保护的，可以私人养殖。法律依据：《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》第二十一条禁止猎捕、杀害国家重点保护野生动物。因科学研究、种群调控、疫源疫病监测或者其他特殊情况，需要猎捕国家一级保护野生动物的，应当向国务院野生动物保护主管部门申请特许猎捕证；需要猎捕国家二级保护野生动物的，应当向省、自治区、直辖市人民政府野生动物保护主管部门申请特许猎捕证。
