商品房网签合同丢失怎么处理？

法律分析：
商品房网签合同丢失在购房合同没有做预售登记前，只需将剩余的合同作废，和开发商重新签订一份合同。在购房合同做完预售登记，没开始办理银行按揭前，如果购房者丢失合同，所采取的措施是在报纸上刊登声明合同作废，到三个月期满后，拿着报纸去做预售登记的机关申请注销所签订的那份合同，然后和开发商重新签订一份合同，再去做预售登记。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第二百零九条 不动产物权的设立、变更、转让和消灭，经依法登记，发生效力；未经登记，不发生效力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
