释义	法律分析：领到驾照后就可以扣分，不过需要注意的是，新领驾驶证在12个月内不能扣满12分，如果扣满12分驾照就会被注销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十四条机动车驾驶人初次申请机动车驾驶证和增加准驾车型后的12个月为实习期。第六十九条机动车驾驶人在实习期内有记满12分记录的，注销其实习的准驾车型驾驶资格。被注销的驾驶资格不属于最高准驾车型的，还应当按照第六十八条第一款规定，注销其最高准驾车型驾驶资格。
