释义	自杀算故意犯罪吗依据我国刑法的规定，杀人是属于故意杀人的行为，但这种行为侵犯的是自己的生命权利，自杀者是属于罪犯，基于杀人人已经死者，追究刑事责任已经没有意义，所以自杀并不属于犯罪。相关法律规定《中华人民共和国刑法》第十四条【故意犯罪】明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。第二百三十二条【故意杀人罪】故意杀人的，处死刑、无期徒刑或者十年以上有期徒刑;情节较轻的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
