释义	法律分析：合同变更除法律规定的变更和人民法院依法变更外，主要是当事人协议变更。变更合同一般应当采用书面形式，口头形式改变书面合同无凭无据，极易发生纠纷。如果对合同的变更约定不明确，或者变更采用口头形式，发生纠纷后又无其他证据证明合同变更内容的，视为合同没有变更。当事人变更的内容约定不明确的，视为未变更。法律依据：《民法典》第五百四十三条：当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。以及第五百四十四条：当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。（《民法典》生效时间为2021年1月1日）。
