释义	被假释的犯罪分子，在假释考验期内，由公安机关予以监督。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第八十五条对假释的犯罪分子，在假释考验期限内，依法实行社区矫正，如果没有本法第八十六条规定的情形，假释考验期满，就认为原判刑罚已经执行完毕，并公开予以宣告。第八十六条被假释的犯罪分子，在假释考验期限内犯新罪，应当撤销假释，依照本法第七十一条的规定实行数罪并罚。该内容由王婧律师和点行律询共创回答
