释义	法律分析：寄卖行业是我国近年来逐步发展起来的一个新兴行业,做好“寄卖行”当,实质上说是变相的“典当行”,国家对寄卖行业上也是有严格管理的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国金银管理条例》第二十二条委托、寄售商店，不得收购或者寄售金银制品、金银器材。第三十一条违反本条例第二十二条规定未经批准私自经营的，或者擅自改变经营范围的，或者套购、挪用、克扣余银的，由工商行政管理机关处以罚款或者没收。情节严重的，可并处以吊销营业执照、责令停业。
