问题	遗失物与遗忘物如何处理
释义	公安机关收到遗失物，应当查找遗失物丢失人，请其认领。或者存放遗失物品招领处，待人认领。自公安机关收到遗失物发布招领公告之日起六宏稿个月无人认领的判睁，遗失物归国家所有。公安机关可以拍卖、变卖遗失物，所得价金缴国库。拾得遗忘物应当归还失主，如果将他人的遗忘物或者埋藏物非法占为己有，数额较大，拒不交出的，构成侵占罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三蔽冲孝百一十五条有关部门收到遗失物，知道权利人的，应当及时通知其领取；不知道的，应当及时发布招领公告。
