释义	法律分析：间接故意是犯罪故意的一种类型，即明知自己的行为可能发生危害社会的结果，并且放任这种结果发生的心理状态。所谓放任，是指行为人对于危害结果的发生，虽没有积极地追求，但也没有有效地阻止，既无所谓希望，也无所谓反对，而是放任自流，听之任之，任凭它发生与否，对结果的发生在行为上持一种消极的态度，但在心理上是肯定的，不与其意志冲突。法律依据：《刑法》第十四条，明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
