释义	法律分析：发票可以作废的，如果本张发票不使用了，当月的发票从开票软件中作废发票即可。作废发票的条件为对方将发票联及抵扣联退回。法律依据：《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》第二十八条开具发票的单位和个人应当在办理变更或者注销税务登记的同时，办理发票和发票领购簿的变更、缴销手续。第二十九条开具发票的单位和个人应当按照税务机关的规定存放和保管发票，不得擅自损毁。已经开具的发票存根联和发票登记簿，应当保存5年。保存期满，报经税务机关查验后销毁。
