释义	法律分析: 国旗及其图案不得用作商标和广告，不得用于私人丧事活动，在公共场合故意以焚烧、毁损、涂划、玷污、践踏等方式侮辱中华人民共和国国旗的，依法追究刑事责任；情节较轻的，由公安机关处以十五日以下拘留。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国国旗法》第九条国家倡导公民和组织在适宜的场合使用国旗及其图案，表达爱国情感。公民和组织在网络中使用国旗图案，应当遵守相关网络管理规定，不得损害国旗尊严。网络使用的国旗图案标准版本在中国人大网和中国政府网上发布。
