释义	法律分析：合同的双方当事人可以对合同的效力附期限，即附期限的合同。所谓附期限的合同，是指附有将来确定到来的期限作为合同的条款，并在该期限到来时合同的效力发生或者终止的合同。所附的期限就是双方当事人约定的将来确定到来的某个时间。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十条民事法律行为可以附期限，但是根据其性质不得附期限的除外。附生效期限的民事法律行为，自期限届至时生效。附终止期限的民事法律行为，自期限届满时失效。
