释义	法律分析：没有吸毒史、没有犯罪前科，去派出所接受讯问不一定必须尿检，一般来说派出所是不可以对公民随便进行尿检的，如果因为涉嫌违法犯罪，到派出所接受讯问时可以对违法行为人进行尿检，对接受询问的证人、报案人则不可以进行尿检。法律依据：《中华人民共和国禁毒法》第三十二条公安机关可以对涉嫌吸毒的人员进行必要的检测，被检测人员应当予以配合拒绝接受检测的，经县级以上人民政府公安机关或者其派出机构负责人批准，可以强制检测。
