男方借的钱，女方从来没花过，需要根据双方是否存在夫妻关系，来确认女方是否需要承担，以及需要承担的份额大小。首先，如果双方存在夫妻关系，就需要判断这笔债务是否是夫妻共同债务。如果属于夫妻共同债务，例如：虽然名义上女方从来没有花过这笔钱，但是男方借的钱，主要是用在家庭共同体的生产经营以及日常生活消费上，这时候这笔债务就属于夫妻共同债务。女方作为妻子，就需要共同承担相应的偿还责任。其次，如果双方不存在夫妻关系，只是男女朋友关系，这时候一般情况下，债权人都无权要求女方偿还这笔债务。因为这时候双方并不存在夫妻关系，就应当认定为是男方的个人债务。
