释义	女性劳动者有产假，当前有许多女性怀孕不易，因此，一旦怀孕倍加小心，这属正常。但不能一怀孕就以不适宜上班为由不上班。这种情况下应按单位规定请假。只有生育过后才有法定的产假。法律依据：《女职工劳动保护规定》第七条女职工生育享受98天产假，其中产前可以休假15天;难产的，增加产假15天;生育多胞胎的，每多生育1个婴儿，增加产假15天。女职工怀孕未满4个月流产的，享受15天产假;怀孕满4个月流产的，享受42天产假。
